I seriously flop in football prediction. I guess the score for the League Cup Final oppositely. From 2-1 to 1-2, it may seem a small mistake, but I may be too stinky in predicting.

Who will win the League Cup?

Hi, It's me again. I decided to talk about things not related to the game today. Well, this coming Sunday is the League Cup Final clash, Chelsea vs Tottaham Hotspur. Both Chelsea fans and Spurs fans will pray hard as these 2 teams clash for a prize - the League Cup trophy.

As a Man u fan, I am not too excited about this match, But as a fan of football, this can be an interesting match to watch. This two derby rivals will do their best to try to bring home the trophy.

Chelsea, as the favourites to win the match, will most likely play Drogba in the starting eleven in this match. On the other hand, Tottaham will play their best players in order to win this trophy.

Lastly, my personal predictions of this match is a 2-1 win for Chelsea as I think Tottaham's goalkeeper crisis will lead to victory for Chelsea!

Beginning of my fairy tale!

Hi! This is my new blog, which is on the game - football manager. I am currently playing the 2008 edition. For those who do not know anything about football manager, that is the logo of the game on the right.

Now, let me talk about my game. A few months ago, I started a game with Northern Irish and Scottish leagues loaded. Then, I randomly picked a team, Chimney Corner, and started the game. This is in season 2007/2008, also my first season, in Northern Irish 2nd Division(lowest league in Northern Ireland).

Not knowing how good my team are(or how lousy my team are), I started a few friendlies. The team seem to be performing well, but then the board expect a mid-table position for the team at the end of the season. I realise my team, compared to other teams, is weaker.

However, I actually do well in the league, and I manage to have a 12 match unbeaten league record(withoout cheating). But things start to turn sour as I have my first league loss. My hopes of winning the title get even lower as poor performance by the team make me drop to second place. In the end of the campaign, I finished 2nd(much better than what the media have expected - 9th!), and was promoted to 1st Division.

I welcome any comments(both positive and negative) and I wish to clarify that I post this not to brag, but to share the experience of playing this game to football manager gamers(as well as non-gamers). I also welcome any sharing of experience of the game.
